What Is The Cause For Pain The Throat, muscle Cramp And Dizzy?

I am a 22 year old female student. I have this pain in the lower right side of my throat near my collarbone whenever I breathe in which has nothing to do with cough or fever since I haven t coughed or had a fever for months. It s like a muscle cramp kinda of feeling. But focused there. This pain comes and goes and it could be hours and days before I feel it again as I breathe. I wonder what could it be. And if it helps, I have been feeling dizzy a lot lately. But, I already went to meet a doctor for this one and he just said that I have to slow down on my caffeine intake. He gave me some vitamin pills, pain-killer and some anti-nausea pills. PS: I am not pregnant.
