What Is The Cause For Puffy And Swollen Eyelids?

My right eyelid (only) has been slightly puffy and swollen and has felt severely bruised for the last two days. There is no visible bruise, but you can easily tell it is puffier than the left eyelid. I haven't hit it on anything that I know of, and Day 2 seems to be worse than Day 1. Any ideas?

Hello
It seems from the history that you are having swollen and puffy eyelids. Since there is no history of injury this can be caused inflammatory lesion involving the glands of the eyelids.
The treatment is by use of antibiotic eye drops and antiinflammatory drugs.
Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.

Thank you
