Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi,
thanks for writing to us.
From the description it seems wither you could having fungal infection or contact dermatitis. A fungal infection requires oral and topical antifungal while contact dermatitis requires steroid creams. Please meet a dermatologist as both of these conditions are easily identifiable and can be appropriately treated.
Hope this helped.
