What Is The Cause For Rough Skin On The Elbow After The Scar Getting Healed?

I HAVE A SCAR ON MY ELBOW AREA BUT ITS IN THE AREA BETWEEN MY ELBOW AND THE TOP PART OF THE ELBOW WHERE ARME FOLDS. I PICKED AT TEH SCAR ONCE AND WHEN THE SCAR HEELED IT HEELED WITH ROUGH FEEL SKIN LAYER AND FEELS HARD LIKE A BUMP UNDERTHE SKIN. WHAT COULD BE THE CAUSE

I really appreciate your concern and looking to the history given by you I could say that after the injury to the skin, regeneration of skin take place and new skin is look hard than the old one this could be due to hypergranulation and this comes around with the time, no need to worry about this, take care and have a nice day.
