ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi , as per your clinical history it appears as you are having jugulodiagastric lymph node swelling which is common after Upper respiratory track infection.
Ear itching & pressure in ear due eustachian tube inflammation & blockage.

Use steam Inhalation , Antihistaminics & Decongestant nasal drops when you fill pressure in ear.

Hope above information helpful to you , take care.
