What Is The Cause For Sore Foot With Pain While Stretching The Foot?
I have had a sore foot for about two to threes weeks now. I can walk fine. not effect. but when I squat, bend down to get something, stretch my foot I get a tearing like sensation and pain to just above my heel just lower than my ankle. if I suddenly turn on my feet I get it. I have not hurt myself in any way.

The pain you have can be due to,
-Oversteching of foot arch causing inflammation of planter fassia.( rest, ice application,using supportive insert for planter fassia. Anti inflammatory drugs like Ibuprofen help.
-calcium deffisiensy- Calcium & vitamin D suppliments are given in such patients.
