hello doctor , my brother was 31years old. his heart swelling very big and the heartbeat over 200bmp. The doctors dont know what cause is it. he was admitted 3days, he looking good but now he very weak even no sound also. we all really worried. his feet , ankles swelling too. oxygen help with 0.5, any suggestion

your description is highly inadequate to form a diagnosis. Please furnish a little more details like 1. Why he got admitted 2. Any previous medical problems 3. is he in ICU? 4. ECHO report %. Any positive report like Pro calcitonin, Pro BNP
