General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

I am sorry for the situation you are in.

Having bad pains in your lower stomach and throwing up might be related to acute gastroenteritis, especially if you are also having other flu-like symptoms (fever, headache, runny nose, etc.).

Having pains down your legs and bad muscle spasms might be related to vitamins deficiencies or work overload.

I highly advise to get checked by your doctor if no sign of flu is present for further evaluation. You should run further tests to determine the right cause:
- abdominal ultrasound
- examination of stool for ova/parasites
- urine analysis
- X-ray of spine at lumbar level

Depending on the tests results, specific treatment will be prescribed!
