What Is The Cause Of A Lump?
hi my daughter has a lump on her jawline which is causing her pain. i read that if a lump on the chin is associated with a head injury then it could be indicative of bleeding in the brain. she was pushed into a mental coat peg on monday at school and banged her temple. should i be worried?

thanks for your query, i have gone through your query, the lump or swelling over the chin could be secondary to the impact following trauma or it can be because of fractured bone also(since you are giving history of trauma), otherwise the swelling can occur because of tooth infection also...consult a oral physician and take radiographs like OPG to rule out the above said conditions.. i hope my answer will help you..take care..
