What Is The Cause Of A Missed Period?

I started taking taking 5000mcg biotin about a month ago I haven't had my period since I started taking them. The month before I had my period but when I started taking the 5000mcg biotin daily it hasn't come and it's about to be 2 months period less. Is this normal?
