What Is The Cause Of An Eye Twitching?

Why does my right eyelid keep twitching? It started three days ago and is very slight, no one else can see it, but I can when I look closely, as well can feel it. I am in the process of transitioning to a gluten free diet, does it have anything to do with this?

Hello
It seems from the history that you are having twitching of the eyelids.
Gluten free diet does not seem to have any relation with twitching.
Twitching once in a while is a benign thing and it is usually related yo stress and will resolve on its own. There is no need to worry until unless it is associated with other neurological symptoms like numbness weakness or involvement of face....
If you have any of the above mentioned symptoms need to consult your doctor.

Thank you
