Dear member, Thanks for writing to healthcare magic. If the duration of pregnancy is 6 weeks then your doctor must have mentioned whether there is an intrauterine gestation. If absent sign of pregnancy in uterus with a positive pregnancy test please do blood levels of HCG to rule ectopic or tubal pregnancy which causes back ache and pain.
if there was a intrauterine pregnancy and you are having pain abdomen and passed blood or tissue you may be having a miscarriage. hope this answers your queries. Take care. Dr Bhagyashree.
