What Is The Cause Of Bleeding After Diarrhea?

I have had my mirena our for eight months. A month ago I started having Braxton hicks pain then Diahrea, and now I've been bleeding for a month. I have no idea what's going on i have an appoinment to see a gynecologist a month from now. seems far away should I worry?

This could be due to E coli infection after diarhhae.
Tab Metronidazole 400mg BD can be helpful.
Take ors solution.
Take coconut water, curd and vitamin C.
