What Is The Cause Of Bumps On Face?

Dear Sir,
my boyfriend is 34 years in age and is having bumps on his face (like acne but harder). He suspects that it is caused by HIV although he tested for HIV like a year ago and his tests revealed that he doesn't have AIDS. Please advise if HIV can be a cause for adult acne and if another HIV test is necessary.

HI
Well come to HCM
Acne is not because of the HIV but this is due to hormone changes but with age of 34 years this is very unlikely, and this can be best treated with Tab Doxycycline 100 mg once in day for 10 days, hope this helps.
