What Is The Cause Of Burning Sensation In Lung?

When breathing it feels like I have worked out but I have not, I have that lung burn sensation in the middle of chest and throat. I have had a fever of 103 for a couple of days but it went down to 99. I don't know why this sensation is present because I should be fine?

I am not sure of your age or gender, however your description of fever, burning sensation in chest could be caused by pneumonia.

depending on your age group, country where you live, if you have traveled recently, it could be caused by a particular bacteria or possibly virus.

if you live in certain Eurasian countries I would have to consider risk for exposure to tuberculosis.

it could be a viral illness but with temperatures of 103F it is most likely to be bacteria.

I recommend that you seek medical attention as it is difficult to discern what infection could be causing these symptoms. if you are coughing, I would want to know if your sputum is discolored, if there is blood in your sputum, and if you consume alcohol or injectable medication or illegal drugs
