What Is The Cause Of Circular Red Dry Patches Of Skin On Chest And Spreading Towards The Nipple ?
Hello i have little circular red dry patches of skin on my chest area, not itchy or elevated at all, at first it started as one, about three inches to the left of my belly button, but now there are about seven more and it seems to be growing upwards and now up to my nipple, i am a 21 yr old male... it has now been about 7 months, any help or ideas?

1) Apply Clamine lotion..,dily..,
2) Antiboitic cream...Fusidic acid and Betamethasone cream daily night times..,
3) Tab..Doxycycline 100 mg for 15 days.., ok...good luck.,
As per your age & symptoms a large number of diagnostic possibilities are there. A few pictures would also be helpful. We have to consider, psoriasis, seborrhoeic dermatitis, contact dermatitis, confluent & reticulate papillomatosis, pityriasis rosea, pityriasis licheniodes chronica, tinea versicolor, tinea corporis etc. Keeping in view the diagnostic possibilities, I would advice you to consult a dermatologist in your area for proper management.
