I have had a headache for two days on top of my head down the right side of my face, my nose is clear but running, I have a deep chest cough thick mucus accompanied a post nasal drip. I have a fever of 101.4 and I was dizzy in the shower this morning, I vomited only mucus and then the dizziness past. I work in a day care type setting and try to wash my hands often but its airborne once they sneeze and cough I know. I am getting chills then hot.

Hi,
It seems that you might be having respiratory tract infection, mainly of viral.
Take decongestant, analgesic medicine and cough sedative syrup to get symptomatic relief of symptoms.
If problem parsisted and productive cough remained then you might require one course of antibiotic medicine for 5-7 days.
Avoid cold drinks and junk food.
Ok and take care.
