What Is The Cause Of Decreased Libido In A Male?
I think my boyfriend may have this affliction...why? we have been together
8 months the first month was fabulous...amazing sex. but after an argument he decided that no physical contact was the way to solve the problem not talking it over. This has been going on and off for months and i am tired of it. A little background he is 26 lives at home with mom and his brother and has become the major breadwinner of the family...weird. Its almost like he is his mother's surrogate husband. His father just up and left the family 9 years ago and left them with zero financial assistance. I am now aware that this relationship with him is doomed because of this pattern but I think he is a sexual anorexic because he is afraid of being hurt and backs off when conflict happens. Sex is the only thing he can control so thats what he denies me. I do happen to know his mother cheated on his father and vice versa. I do not know if their family life was dysfunctional otherwise. so my question is after all this is...is he a sexual anorexic?

It is unfair on your part to call him "sexual anorexic" He is the sole breadwinner for the family and you have to accept it honestly,if you want to make up . I think he loves his family a lot and any adverse comments about the family puts him off His father may have done anything but it doesn't mean he should not care about his family. . Yes , he might be sexually uninterested with you ( situational low desire) but perfectly fine with someone else . or he may be having depression due to family problems . You need to support him, not to pull his leg
