About a year ago I had my Gallbladder removed after a bout with gallstones. For the past several months I have had sever diarhia with sever cramping and my stools and accompaning liquid have been green. I do not eat anything with blue dye as I know this can be a cause.
You don't have gall bladder. So you don't have any enzymes to digest cholesterol . If you take any food containing meat, it will not digest, and pass like loose stools. Passing of loose stools may cause loss of electrolytes. Which causes your cramps. Modify your diet into a fibre rich one and take plenty of oral fluids
