Hi,

The symptoms you are experiencing might be related to cardio-pulmonary problems. I suggest to run further tests to find out the right diagnosis and to get proper treatment in time:
- EKG
- cardiac echo
- stress test
- holter monitoring
- chest X-ray/ct-scan
- diabetes testing
- blood lipid profile test

I suggest to monitor your blood pressure, record the results for future evaluation.

Hope it helps!
Dr.Sejdini
