feeling ill Today am not feeling at all myself.. The last few days I have cut down smoking I am constantly tired more then normal dizziness and head pressure... I have no energy and just want to sleep. I also really want to quit smoking but am finding so hard... is this because I have cut down on smoking I am also very irritable and loss unrest in normal things I enjoy

You should not ignore this , because sometimes the condition get complicated. You should consult with your ENT specialist and get evaluated. Doctor may order audiometry test and tuning fork test and treat it accordingly. I would suggest you to start with antibiotics, steroids , antiemetic drugs and labrynthine sedatives for 5 to 7 weeks. you should go for vestibular rehabilitation exercises , eat healthy and avoid bending forward .
