What Is The Cause Of Double Vision After Pneumonia?

I had pneumonia 2yrs ago about 3weeks later I was pasting out daily bladder stop working,short of breath removed mass in left lung very weak arms legs just about the whole body stomach pain an blotting of stomach from belly botton up double vision. Could this from having pneumonia shot

After pneumonia you have developed general debility. and generalised muscular weaknes This has resulted in eye muscle weakness leading to diplopia.
