48 hours ago whilst singing in choir I experienced whoosiness and light headedness as if going to faint on and off and at the same time random muscles in my face twitching very badly over a period of 1-1 1/2 hours. This seemed to disappear when I finished singing until the next morning whilst sitting happily having coffee with a friend, out of the blue I felt as though I was going to pass out as my head became light and floaty, as if I had waves of air floating in and around my head affecting me. My eyes especially my left eye seemed effected and became watery also. Have had a bit of whoosiness since but not as badly as when I thought I was going to totally pass out 24 hrs ago. I am not on any medication and had not had any alcohol.
I would recommend getting your blood pressure checked, as increased blood pressure may result in such symptoms. Coffee and singing are known to result in increased Blood pressure. So I would first like to rule out that as a possible cause. Kindly revert back if your blood pressure is normal. Hope this helps, thank you.
