What Is The Cause Of Greenish Mucus In The Eyes With Fever?

last Thursday my baby had greenish mucus in his eyes, then fever and really conjested in his nose. he was tested for rsv, flu and strep. all neg. The fever is gone and the eyes cleared up two days ago but is back now and now he has a little bit of blood in mucus from nose. when I bathed him today he broke out in a rash on his back and neck. The rash went away with in about 30 min. but looked really bad and really concerned me. He sees his regular Dr. this Thursday. can you give me any explanation on his rash and slight blood in nose.

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe it appears to be the viral infection. If full course of medicine is not given for any infection, the infection is recurred.
The blood from the nose is called the epistacsis. For some children it may happen when there is cold or fever.
I advise you to consult a pediatritian for diagnosis and treatment.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
