What Is The Cause Of Headache And Dizziness Post Smoking Cessation ?

im a 16 year old male and about three days ago i quit smoking because i would get this bad headache that would last like 30 minutes. the problem is even though i stop i still get the headache the dizziness . should i be worried or is it just something that happen

these symptoms like headache and dizziness, discomfort,numbness etc are just the withdrawal symptoms. because u quit smoking. they will go off as soon as your body becomes adjusted to new change. its really appreciable that u gave it up. plz be strong to bear these changes and dont worry about it, and never start smoking again.
