I feel a terribly headach, which make me feel lazy an my eyes will be rotating and feel heat in my head.

Hi welcome to H.C.M.Forum. causes of head ache depends upon the age. below 16yr it may be due to eye sight comes when reading or viewing TV. sinusitis comes due to continued commen cold. above 16 it could be due to mental tension, migrine, hypertension, besides younger group causes. cause is to be screened and treated by the doctor. balanced diet, and peacefull life is the most important factor to prevent head ache. thank you.
