General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your CT scan report is negative as per mentioned history.

So organic cause seems less likely.

It can be an infection of urinary tract mucosa.
I suggest you investigate with urine routine microscopic examination and culture report.
Kindly revert back with reports once done.

If urine reports also negative than rule out bleeding disorder by PT, aPTT and BT estimation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami, General & Family Physician
