What Is The Cause Of Irregular And Painful Periods ?
hello doctor iam 21 years old me and my husband have planned for a baby,i usually have a period of 38 days cycle and on march i got my periods on 15th so i was expecting this month for the good result or otherwise i might get my periods on 23rd of april but i got it on 14th of april itself it was earlier by 10days and i was not able to bare the amount of hip pain it was really terrible i was not able to get up from bed and usually the bleeding will also slowly reduce n the 3rd day but this time it has not even reduced,we thought it may be implantation bleeding but we are not aware of it,can you please help me please.

In a normal cycle of 38 days, a 10 day early bleeding is due to mild hormonal disturbance. Since the bleeding is associated with pain in the hip and is heavy, it is not an implantation bleeding. This bleeding is your normal period. You can take a mild pain killer for relief from the pain you have.

There is nothing like implantation bleeding. You have been getting irregular periods with pain called dysmenorrhea. Rule out pelvic infection , anemia, calcium defficiency. Get these corrected through a qualified physician, have the regular periods. Once OK you will conceiveas per your desire.

it will be good if you regularies your mences through medicine prescribe by gynecolgist like overal g etc,
than count day 1 when your mences start and try for baby from 10th day to 16th day. of luck..and remember implantation never cause bleeding.
