What Is The Cause Of Mild Tremors In The Hand?

I wake up with mild tremors in my hand in the morning that last for about 10 seconds. even if i nap i get this ...

iv had ekg and blood work urine thyroid tested. etc. everything was normal. i am on no meds but have issues sleeping. Could this be mild seizures / epolipsy
( woried that is something serious ) or sleep apnea symptoms.
