I have irregular cycles - Most are 28/29 days - one month in the past six it was 31 days...My last period was 9 Dec 2011. I have had negative urine home tests and have had two children in the past. My breast normally leak a little if squeezed right before my cycle starts but this month my one breast leaked even during foreplay - this never happens. I have extreme lower back pain, my breasts were sore and nipples enlarged but not so much anymore. I had abdominal cramping for a few days but now it is just a dull fullness feeling. I feel like I have something stuck in my throat which in causing me nausea. I am tired but not sure if more than normal. I do exercise and eat pretty good - I have also been on Adipex for the past four months but have had normal cycles. My husband had a vasectomy 4+ years ago but he never had the sperm count check done. Could I be pregnant even with negative urine tests. I am concerned that if I am not pregnant than I might be having pituitary issues - was told a few years ago that I had a 3mm mass on my pituitary but after having another MRI a few years ago they said it was gone...my doctors office only does urine unless they feel like they need a blood test...
