What Is The Cause Of Nausea, Headaches And Nose Bleeds?

Random symptoms
for the past month or so I have been having dizzy spells along with nauseous feeling in my stomach, decreased appetite frequent headaches, I also was having a fluttering sound in my ear off and on again as well as random nose bleeds.. From time to time I also feel as if I'm coming down with a cold that doesn't develop into a cold ..and starting yesterday I started to have stomach cramps ...

I really appreciate your concern, it seems to be allergic condition or virus infection, if this is the viral infection then be patience for few days and it will be over soon and for the allergic condition I would suggest to try Tab Diphenhydramine three times in day, in sever condition it is advisable to see the ENT surgeon hope this information helps.
