What Is The Cause Of Outbreaks After Taking Energy Drinks?
Just started a new commission only sales job and drinking a lot of energy drinks to stay focused on my goals however for the past three weeks I have had 3 outbreaks, is there a correlation between these energy drinks and my outbreaks or is it just my job?
I understand that you are concerned whether the energy drinks which you are taking could be related to your symptoms. Now, most energy drinks contain caffeine and caffeine is well known to cause anxiety, irritability and anger outbreaks.
There can be two possibilities for the adverse effects of too many energy drinks. One could be hyperarousal and anxiety provoking effects due to the stimulants like caffeine. The other can be the withdrawal effects after taking too many drinks. So, it is very likely that your outbreaks are due to the excessive intake of energy drinks.
So, I would advise you to cut down on the energy drinks and even stop it gradually, if possible.
