Hi. My back has been having this pain on the middle left near the spine. I've also been able to manually crack my left shoulder and left shoulder blade but the pain still won't go away. I tried cracking my back to get rid of the pain but it doesn't work. They say there's air in my back. How do i get rid of it? It has been 4 days already since I felt this pain. Pain occurs when I sit and sometimes stand.
