What Is The Cause Of Pressure In The Chest In An Obese ?
I have been feeling light headed pressure on my chest and head nothing painful alot of fatigue a heart palputation and thumps in my head I just feel out like Im going to die I have no appetite I feel week I had an ekg don about 3 weeks ago everything came back o.k had a cat scan evrything was good nothing found what can I do? I have been living in complete hell I am a Male 5-10 280 lbs very overweight but when doctors check my heart they say its fine

You need to just relax and look at the positive aspects of your health. It is so good that your EKG and CT scan have turned out normal.
You should concentrate on losing weight.
