VITILLIGO....it is Acquired melanocytopenic..,
Autoimmune disorder with autsomal dominant...
problem....but respond to treatment is good..,
But sincere and good efforts will give good result..,
1) Tab...Levamisole 150 mg monthly once 3 months..,
2) Tab Methoxalen 2 tab...alternatively with PUVA cahmber exposure..,
will give good result..,(Psoralens...8MOP)...,
3)Surgical......
Blister grafting...,
Punch grafting.....
Splitthickness grafting...,ok..good luck...
