Hello,
Welcome to HCM,
Pap smear test is a screening test, used to detect potentially precancerous & cancerous changes in the endocervical canal. As your symptoms subsided for 2 weeks after treatment, you are probably suffering with some infection (Vaginitis). To identify causative organism & effective drugs, you should get culture & sensitivity test of your vaginal swab done. It might be possible that your sexual partner is suffering with some infection & transmitting it to you again & again, thus he also requires investigations. Consult a Gynecologist & take full course of treatment. Use protection during sex.
Wish you good health,
