Hello Thanks for query . Your sister in law who got married very recently could not have sexual intercourse with her husband as he ejaculated before he could not penetrate for the first time and later on failed to et erection .
It is very common for a man in first few days after marriage to get ejaculated before penetration or not to get erection .Normally this issue gets resolved gradually within few weeks as the couple gets involved in sexual acts and try to understand and interact with each other .It is not necessarily mean that he has problem of Erectile Dysfunction .
You can ask him to consult qualified Urologist for clinical assessment and get investigated to confirm the diagnosis .
Do not take any decision in haste. There is solution to these issues and it will get resolved with counselling or medications .
