Dr I had an chf 1 year my age is 22 doctor is giving me ecosprin gold and promolet tablets from past one month I am feeling shortness of breath I went emergency several times but it comes normal ecg is also Normal last night I can t sleep proper because of fast heart beat and breathing problem now it is Normal morning pls suggest me

PLEASE GET YOUR 2D ECHO AND COLOR DOPPLER DONE
MANY TIMES THERE IS BREATHLESSNESS BECAUSE OF LT SIDED HEART FAILURE
YOU SHOULD ADD DIURETIC IN THE MORNING
