For about a week I have felt what seems to be a small swollen something just below my right ear lobe where my upper and lower jaw connect. I have not experienced any pain unless I touch the area, and then the pain is only slight. There is no discoloration. Is there a lymph node at that location? Could it just be a problem with a ligament or tendon?
