Hello This type of swelling may be . 1 Lipoma i.e. deposition of fat ( adipose tissue ) out side from abdominal wall i.e. peritoneum i.e. surrounding wall of abdominal organs . If this swelling is lipoma need not to worry . A simple minor surgery will remove it at once without any danger . 2 Cyst as mentioned in above case , same can be removed without any difficulty . Usually this is also an outside structure from abdominal wall . 3 Internal tumor , diagnosis can be confirmed by ultrasound of abdomen . In my opinion consult one more surgeon and first confirm diagnosis . Good luck.
