What Is The Cause Of Thinning Of The Lining Of Eyes And Narrowing Of Arteries Around Eyes?
In 37 and was told at my optometrist appt yesterday that there is some thinning of the lining of my left eye. He doesn't think glaucoma bc eye pressure is normal, also noted the arteries around eye looked slightly narrow?? This seems so strange to me as I've never had high blood pressure or cholesterol, never smoked, barely have an alcoholic drink ever and I'm a personal trainer who works out 3 hrs most days??!

This indicates retinal blood vessels narrowing as occurs in systemic conditions like hypertension, atherosclerosis... and in local eye conditions like vasospasm, vasculitis...
They can also be seen normally in people as the age increases, but since you are only 37 years, this is unlikely.
Hence I advice you to consult your ophthalmologist for examination to find out the underlying cause and treatment accordingly.
