What Is The Cause Of Vaginal Discharge?

Hiya, okay so I tried using veet to get rid of my pubic hair and it worked but I don't know why but now there is black paste (almost like a period but not blood) coming out of my vagina; I have to wear a tampon. This never happened to me before and I'm not gonna use it this method of hair removal anymore but I wanted to know exactly why this happened? What is it? has this ever happened to anyone else before even if it wasn't from what I think it was -the hair removal cream?
