What Is The Chances Of Increase In Height After 20 Years Of Age?

My age is 20 and my height is 160 cms. Some posts that I read on this website mentioned unlikeliness of increase in height for women after 16 or 17. The thing is, when I was 15 I was 153 cms and my growth picked after that. That was because of regular dance classes which have stopped since Jan this year. Can I still increase my height more?

Hi,
There is less chances of increasing your height after 20 years.
Epiphysies of long bones fuses with long bones at about 20 years so height can not increase.
If some body claims for increasing height, do not believe.
