Hi,

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of click sound on swallowing my saliva which seems to be due to TMJ (Temporomandibular Joint dysfunction) and could be due to enlarged adenoids. Need not to worry.

I would suggest you to visit ENT specialist or oral surgeon once and get it examined and evaluated and start treatment as per the cause. You can go for surgical intervention as well such as removal of salivary glands, ligation of salivary ducts. If it is due to TMJ go for occlusal correction. Wear night guard. Avoid chewing hard food substances.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
