Understanding your concern. As per your query you have habit of habit of constantly swallowing saliva which could be due to infection of oral cavity, enlarged adenoids, allergies, gastroesophageal reflux disease, acute and chronic sinusitis. I would suggest you to visit ENT specialist or oral surgeon and get it examined and evaluated and start treatment as per the cause. Anticholinergics drugs such as Benxtropine and Glycopyrrolate are effective in stoppage of excess saliva. Orthodontist can give you appliance such as vestibular screen to prevent drooling and excessive salivation. You can go for surgical intervention as well such as removal of salivary glands, ligation of salivary ducts.
