What Is The Condition Of Liver Based On This Ultrasound Report?

Thank you! Hx: colon cancer. Right Hemi-colectomy/anastamosis 9-26-14. 9-23-15 Abdo US shows: Liver Echogenic consistent with fatty infiltartion. Also, mildly enlarged measuring 18.1 cm. There is a 1 cm cyst seen within the left lobe. Impression: 1. Mild hepatomegaly and hepatic steatosis. 2. Hepatic cyst. CT Scan/Contrast 11-14-14 - Liver: Diffuse low attenuation of the liver. Impression - Hepatic steatosis. Midline Ventral Hernia. Also on previous CT Scans noted small liver cyst. Concern: US shows mildly enlarged liver 18.1 cm. This was not seen on CT/Contrast Scans. What could this be Concerned about Met s to liver. Thank you!
