hi i am 27 and for about the past month i have had severe right side pain. near the rib to the waist. putting pressure relieves the pain for a little while. for about the past week it has got way over the top untolerable. the last 12hours its really gotten to the point of making me sick to the stomach. is this any thing to seriously to worry about. i did contact my doctor for an emergency appointment but have not gotten back with me. should i go to the er for tratment right away
