What Is The Constant Discharge In The Corner Of My Eyes?
I have a constant discharge in the corner of my eyes which is very crusty and difficult to remove. It has been like this for a few months. Started on the left eye and for the last month or so, is also in the right eye. I am 73yrs.

If I was the doctor treating you, I'd be concern for eye infection (bacterial conjunctivitis). I'd like to know the following:
- any change in vision?
- any underlying eye conditions?
likely need antibacterial eye drops like Neomycin Polymyxin B Dexamethasone ophthalmic (Neo Poly Dex ophthalmic drops). If there's no improvement in a couple of days, definitely see a doctor.
