My father(56yrs) is diabetic and hypertensive patient..An episode occurs during which tremor ,convulsion,froth from mouth and vocalisation occurs.This is occuring intermittently since 1 year.Dr has diagnosed it as complex partial seizure of extra temporal origin for which he is taking oxcarbazepine(1050mg in divided dose) andclobazam(10mg).Despite this his condition is deteriorating.Some drs r suspecting any cardiac problem.According to holter report LBBB is present.yesterday he undergone status epilepticus ..what to do?What is his correct diagnosis..Please show us right path.ITS URGENT......................from,Tulika,MBBS final year student,MMCH,west bengal
