My doctor advised me with one injection of Arachitol 3lac IU or VA D3 IU for reatment of vitamin D 25 Hydroxy (OH) of 11.1 ng/mL followed by oral medication. Another doctor suggested four injections of Arachitol 3lac IU at a gap of one week. Which is right?

There are diiferent tratment regimens for the treatment of vit D3 defficiency. Any one of them can be opted . Bothe of the above said regimens are acceptable it depends on you which you feel more comfortable.
My suggestion is that if you are having symptoms due to vit difficiency such as difficulty in walking , bone & joint pain etc better to go for injection regimen & if you are clinically cofortable better to go for oral medication.
